By booking a service or registering for an event, you agree that all registration information provided is accurate. Payment processing is facilitated through authorized, PCI-compliant third-party gateways (including Xendit). Service access or event admission is confirmed only upon successful payment authorization.

3. Intellectual Property

All course modules, retreat workbooks, slide decks, media, and written materials remain the intellectual property of JPaul Hernandez Leadership and Management Consultancy Services. Reproduction or commercial redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Privacy Policy

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Retreats & Live In-Person Events

Due to upfront venue reservations, meal planning, and logistical commitments:

Cancellations: Registration fees for retreats and live in-person workshops are generally non-refundable once confirmed.
Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration slot to another individual up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event start time by notifying our team in writing.
Organizer Rescheduling: In the event that a retreat is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be offered a choice between a 100% full refund or a ticket credit valid for the rescheduled date.

2. Digital Courses & Online Content

Given the immediate access nature of digital downloads and online learning modules, digital products are non-refundable once access credentials or downloadable materials have been delivered.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be reversed through the original method of payment via our payment gateway within 7 to 14 business days, subject to standard bank/e-wallet processing timelines.
