I Know This World
I grew up in it.
I was raised watching how Filipino families build businesses on trust, relationships, and sheer grit. I saw how family dynamics shape decisions. I saw how love and business get tangled in ways no MBA textbook prepares you for.
Later, I studied Organizational Development at De La Salle University and worked in consulting, helping companies build systems, structures, and processes. I completed advanced studies in Family Ministry and Counseling at Don Bosco School of Theology, where I went deep into family systems, communication, and generational dynamics.
Then I built my own businesses. Some failed. From those failures and from coaching hundreds of leaders, I learned what actually makes family businesses thrive.
