I didn't start out knowing what I was built for. I carried wounds from my childhood that quietly shaped how I led, how I loved, and how I saw myself. It took grace (and a lot of honest work) to become someone who could actually help others.
Today, through JPH Leadership and Management Services, I work with individuals, executives, and family business owners who want to do great things. Not for the applause. But because they genuinely believe, or are starting to believe, that God made them for more.
My framework is simple: Magnanimity. Greatness of soul. The courage to aim high, serve deeply, and refuse to play small. St. Thomas Aquinas said it best: "Magnanimity makes a man deem himself worthy of great things in consideration of the gifts he holds from God," and from that, I want to help steward the people I serve to become the best person they can be.
I offer three kinds of work:
Coaching: One-on-one Life Coaching and Executive Coaching for people ready to lead their lives with more clarity and courage.
Family Business Consulting: Strategic consulting for family-owned businesses wrestling with growth, structure, and succession. Because "Paano na ang susunod na henerasyon?" deserves a real answer.
Corporate Training: Leadership formation for teams and organizations. From
Transformational and Servant Leadership to Team Building, Habits, and Performance Systems, we build people who build great companies.
My wife Viv is my partner in all of it. She manages JPH's finances, homeschools our children, Gregory Peter and Mary Liv, and advocates for sexual assault survivors with the same quiet courage she brings to everything. We serve together. We parent together. We build together.
We believe that when leaders are formed well, families thrive. When families thrive, communities are blessed. It all starts from the inside out.
