WHO IS JPAUL HERNANDEZ?
JPaul Hernandez is a Catholic Life Coach, Family Business Consultant, and Leadership Speaker. He is the founder of JPH Leadership and Management Services — a consulting practice built on one conviction: you were made for greatness, not for comfort.
Through JPH, JPaul serves executives, entrepreneurs, and family business owners who want to lead with greater clarity, build with greater courage, and leave a legacy that truly lasts. His work is anchored in the virtue of magnanimity which the greatness of soul that St. Thomas Aquinas called the duty of every person who has received gifts from God.
A bestselling author of four books — Out of the Shadows, How Underdogs Can Become Overcomers, How to Overcome Financial Stress, and A Young Man's Manual to a Successful Life. JPaul writes and speaks from personal experience. He knows what it's like to carry wounds. He also knows what it's like to be transformed.
As the Feast Builder of Feast Magnolia and a Catholic Lay Preacher, he integrates spiritual wisdom with practical leadership strategy. He holds a Behavioral Sciences degree from De La Salle University-Manila and is completing his Master's in Pastoral Ministry, major in Family Ministry, at Don Bosco School of Theology.
He and his wife Viv run JPH together, she manages the books and finances of the company — while homeschooling their two children, Gregory Peter and Mary Liv. Their marriage is its own testimony: two people wounded, healed, and now sent to help others live magnanimously.
