I was raised in a Filipino family construction business.
After school, instead of going straight home, I’d go with my grandparents to suppliers in Chinatown. I watched how relationships built businesses. I saw how trust mattered more than contracts.
I counted payroll in envelopes.

I worked as a cashier in our store.
Everything was manual.

Later, I studied Organizational Development at La Salle and worked in consulting, helping companies build systems, structure, and processes.
