A pilgrimage lead with friendship

Before this became a pilgrimage, it was a friendship.

Fr. Albert and I have shared years of ministry, stories, prayers, and laughter together. Ryan of Travel Bounty isn’t just our travel agent, he’s a friend who understands that pilgrimage is not about ticking off sites, but about creating an experience where people can breathe.

This journey is built on trust in each other and, most of all, in Jesus.

We believe that when people feel safe, they open up.

When they open up, grace moves.

And when grace moves, lives change.

That’s what we saw during our Marian pilgrimage in 2025.

We prayed together.

We cried together.

We laughed loudly.

We ate well.

We went home transformed.

And now, a new road is opening.

FROM MERCY TO HOPE

When you’re really tired — not just physically, but deep inside — only Jesus can give the kind of rest that brings peace.

This October 2026, we are journeying into the heart of Divine Mercy.

We will walk through places where mercy was lived, tested, and proclaimed:

    •    The Divine Mercy Sanctuary in Krakow, where St. Faustina heard Jesus say, “The greater the sinner, the greater the right to My mercy.”

    •    Wadowice and Krakow, where St. John Paul II learned courage through suffering.

    •    Auschwitz, where St. Maximilian Kolbe chose love in the face of hatred.

    •    The Infant Jesus of Prague, reminding us to trust with childlike faith.

    •    Medjugorje, where Mary gently calls her children back to prayer and peace.

But here’s what makes this pilgrimage different:

We will not rush.

We will not sprint from bus to church to photo to bus.

We will walk.

We will pause.

We will eat together.

We will laugh.

We will process.

We will give space for surprise miracles.

Because sometimes healing doesn’t happen during the homily.

Sometimes it happens over dinner.

Sometimes it happens while walking beside someone who says, “I’ve been there too.”
