Our actions are based on what psychologists and coaches call, “mental maps.”

Maps are important because it helps guide people to their destination. Maps started with simple papyrus, then became complex global maps on paper, and then now we have digital maps on our cars and smartphones.

I repeat, maps are an important tool to help you get to where you want to go.


Our mind has its own mental map, which helps process everything that’s happening in our lives.


It helps us with our belief system; values, ideas, dreams, and a whole lot more. A healthy mental map will lead to a beautiful and abundant place that will help us grow and be happy.


On the other hand, an unhealthy mental map will lead to a depressing place with a lot of negative thoughts that will lead to loneliness, stress, and fear.


Start a pattern of success by changing your thinking pattern. Stop being angry all the time, being jealous of other people, and feeling bad about yourself, and go take charge of your life, instead.


Today is the perfect time to open your mind to the goodness of life.


Here are simple suggestions that can automatically create a big impact in your life:
1. Start making a gratitude list
Write at least 3 things you are grateful for, everyday
2. Start smiling more
Even for no reason at all
3. Start being quiet
Listen to God more
4. Start reacting less to negative things
Learn how to let go immediately
5. Start reading positive stories
Fill your life with hope and joy
6. Start spending time with uplifting people
Surround yourself with good friends, family, and mentors
7. Start learning new things
Be like a sponge and just absorb
